New Year's Day

Our first day of 2010 was a FANTABULOUS day! I started the day with a 4 mile run and then after we headed up Leif's mom's house where we met the cousins and Jon and family! We had so much fun sledding, then eating good food and more presents and then a family film festival. This year each family made a video about Christmas each video had to have three things in it a black bean, natural fiber and thunder snow. We had a blast making our movie and it was even better watching what everyone else had come up with! WE can't wait for next year's film fest!

2010 ALREADY?!?! Happy New Year!

Leif Running

We had a great New Year's Eve this year. Leif and his friend Chris ran a New Year's Resolution 5k at 6pm at Washington Park in the freezing cold on an ICY path. Andrea and I and our girls went to cheer them on and saw many people who were running fall on the ice so sad and scary! Leif and Chris managed not to fall thank goodness. We then headed to our house for some dinner yummy desserts and some RockBand! We tore it up! We hope to go on tour very SOON LOL! Somehow we managed to stay up until midnight and rang in the New Year with poppers the kids LOVED it!
Thanks Tyus crew for ROCKIN out with us!

The California Snapp-Cook visit

Leif's brother and family came for a visit after Christmas for a week and we had a blast hanging our with them. We are glad they came for a visit and that we got to spend so much time with them.

Christmas 2009

We had a very relaxing quiet Christmas here at the Snapp-Cook home. My parents were suppose to be here but my mom ended up getting very sick and they had to cancel their plans. :( Leif's mom however was able to stay the night with us and enjoy our relaxing morning. The kids were spoiled to say the least.
Later in the day Leif's Aunt Judy joined us for a yummy Christmas dinner. We are so thankful we have been blessed we great family and friends and that we were able to have a really nice Christmas.
